I had a fantastic opportunity to fly down to volunteer with Animal Rescue Corps. Based in DC, they travel all over the US and Canada saving animals from horrific puppy mill conditions. The operator of this one puppy mill in TN was arrested on 95 counts of animal cruelty. I went down to help care for all 95 dogs that were saved. All they wanted was to be held and loved. I cried tears of joy when I saw this one fellow running and playing with this ball. These dogs were never able to run and play. They were confined to their cages. It was an experience I will never forget. We will work hard so that every animal can run free! We will not give up.
